·    Maintaining a multiplatform network in base station and three remote
locations for 150 users in 24/7 environment. Managing network resources
like Routers, switches, hubs and printers and also monitoring the network traffic, security. Testing and analyzing the new IT products for the
organization and advising to the management for its utility and benefits.

·    Responsibilities:

·    Managing the IT infrastructure and user support operations in
high-volume, 24x7 environments.

·    Provide daily administration, management as well as troubleshooting
and maintenance of LAN/WAN Infrastructure locally and remotely.

·    Ensuring optimal availability of network resources  through analysis
of alerts, diagnosis of error journals of events and corrective action
when applicable.

·    Worked with TOTAL’s World Wide Network Project named “STEP” in
Syria. (STEP project concerns the whole TOTAL E&P, headquarters and subsidiaries covering 40 countries, 100 sites and more than 16, 000
workstations)

·    Installation of Security Patches to all the Servers and Client PC’s as per
TOTAL’s STEP Standard world wide.
